The kitchen is stylish and very well equipped, with beautiful oak cupboards and oak flooring, matching the dining table and chairs. There is a small utility room also equipped with wash basin and toilet, off the dining area. Walking through to the sun lounge, with comfortable sofa, a door leads out on to a private enclosed patio with gravelled area, seating and barbeque.

Upstairs is the spacious double bedroom with large oak framed bed, built in wardrobe, wall mounted TV. and ensuite shower room. There are French doors from the bedroom, leading out to an open balcony with stairs leading down to the stables.

Inclusive electricity, heating - full oil CH. Bed linen, duvet, 2 x hand towels, 2 x bath towels (Please bring your own beach towels).

Halogen hob, electric oven, combination microwave, fridge with icebox, dishwasher, washing machine, kettle, toaster, utensils, crockery, glassware. LCD TV x 2, DVD and hi-fi. There is ample off-road parking.

Also welcome one medium well behaved dog or two small well behaved dogs.
